The webinars will focus on important issues related to Continuing professional development, what trainers can do to encourage teachers to develop continually, will share free video materials on more topics of interest and research carried out in this area.

How many times have you had to sit through an hour-long in-service training (INSETT) session only to take one or two useful ideas out of it? By its very nature, the INSETT model of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) that assumes a group of teachers with different backgrounds, and experience in the same room at the same time with the same materials at the same pace cannot cater for the diversity of teachers or address the individual learning needs of each teacher.
