Face to Face: Leave no one behind

In an era of an unprecedented rise of social media, where we are overwhelmed daily with all kinds of information – half-truths, post-truths, fake news, disinformation – it is very important to have media rooted in ethics and committed to bringing positive change to this chaotic world. In the everyday fight for clicks and survival, we know how challenging this is.

Portalb.mk: Reliability, Diversity, Inclusivity

In North Macedonia, where professional independent media struggle with sustainability, programmes such as Western Balkans Media for Change play a significant role. Thanks to this support, these media outlets continue to operate, delivering reliable, high-quality news and covering a range of topics often overlooked by commercial and mainstream media.

TVM: Voice of Community

TVM is the first privately owned local media outlet in Ohrid, which started its work back in 1992 by broadcasting the first analogue signal in the Ohrid-Struga region. Since then, TVM has become synonymous with ‘Ohrid TV’, as our viewers call us, feeling it is their own – a television station they trust. As we marked our 30th anniversary, we remain firmly committed to maintaining that reputation.
